Aspire Living was found in 2010 and our focus has been centred on creating high specification homes in North East of England which has seen us win regional awards in consecutive years for the quality of our homes and service we deliver. 

 

Being able to create a space and share Newcastle with guests staying in the area has long been a dream of ours and this has finally been realised with the development of our first Apart-Hotel - Elmire House Apartments.

 

For us, creating a great place to stay, routed to the area was central to the vision but creating a wider ripple effect of benefits was also a key driver. Elmire house has uniquely enabled just that. From the finance to acquire and develop this building which was uniquely sourced directly from people with shared values which in return has helped them to leave their jobs and retire early to the relationship we have established with locals businesses, the impact has been positive and wide.
