ASPIRE APARTMENTS
Aspire Apartments are situated Heaton, a trendy suburb of Newcastle. A perfect location to explore all that the North East has to offer. Here are some of our favourites.

Newcastle City
A wonderful city steeped in history, culture and stunning architecture is only a short distance away from Elmire House. You can follow a walk to the quayside which takes around 25 minutes or alternatively grab a taxi for a short 5 minute ride into the centre. The apartments are also perfectly situated for using public transport with but metro underground and bus stops within minutes of the property.
In the City, take a walk down Grey Street to admire some of the finest Georgian architecture in the world and grab a bite to eat in one of its many eateries or visit the Baltic centre for contemporary art to see world renowned artists.
Heaton
The apartments are situated in Heaton which is known as the trendy up and coming suburb of Newcastle popular for its array of start-up eateries, cafes and micro pubs. There is also various shops, including a Tesco Express, Sainsbury Local along with some independents.
Heaton also has a truly beautiful park which connects through to Jesmond Dene and provides a tranquil escape to city life with its meandering walks, waterfall, and medieval ruins. You will forget you are on the outskirts of a city.
Included in the apartments is our guide of the best local places to go.

The Coast
With a short drive or journey by public transport is the east coast. Our favourite is Tynemouth, a quintessentially British town with a priory, beautiful beach and a great selection of cafes & restaurants.
If you follow the coast North you will pass St. Marys Lighthouse along with some of the best beaches in the UK.
Keep going and eventually you will come to Bamburgh Castle steeped in all of its hundreds of years of history.
The Ouseburn Valley
The creative and invention hub of Newcastle. Formally an industrial area, the valley is now awash with artists, makers, micro breweries, traditional pubs and eateries.
This is one of of favourite places to spend a Sunday afternoon and is on route to the quayside from the Apartments.

Cragside Estate
Built by Lord Armstrong in the 19th Century, the "Bill Gates" of his era, He was responsible for much of Newcastle and World development in the Industrial Age. He owned much of the land around Heaton and indeed the, Heaton park was a gift from him to the people of Newcastle.
His house and grounds is an enchanting in inspirational place. Perfect for a day out
